Casa de la Luz is a short kilometer away from Cala Saona beach and located on a farm of one and a half hectares. It has an area of 300 square meters bringing total privacy and peace in an environment that reflects the interior world of the island. The house has double rooms with private bathrooms, safe-deposit box, tv, wifi, fan and independent access to the garden, surrounded by beautiful terraces. A truly magical place to be.
Inside
Casa de la Luz is set over one single floor, in the form of “U”. It is open plan and full of light as it has 18 exterior doors equipped with Mallorcan blinds that allow light and air to flow. The mix of crossed air currents and the ceiling fans ensure the interior stays fresh.
The living room has two sofas facing the fireplace, and the kitchen diner room is fully equipped for a easy carefree stay.
Bedroom 1
Superior double room with a king-size bed (+ possibility of extra bed), exclusive bathroom with shower and independent exit to the porch (2 adults + 1 child).
Bedroom 2
Superior double room with a large bed and exclusive bathroom (2 adults).
Bedroom 3 and 4
Two standard double rooms, each with two single beds that can be joined together and connected through a hallway where there is a large bathroom to share (2 adults + 2 adults + possibility of a cot). Independent exit to the porch.
There is a possibility to open up further bedrooms on request.
Outside
This unique house is completely surrounded by colourful bougainvillea covered porches that allow you to find in each moment of the day the ideal place of sun or shade. These are furnished and designed exquisitely for maximum chill out time, and one with a large table for al fresco dining. There is also an outdoor hot water shower in the middle of nature.

The location is ideal being only 1km away from the nearest family beach of Cala Saona with its crystal clear waters, and 5 minutes from the lively main town of San Fransesc where you will find restaurants, banks and shops.
