Established in 2012 Villas Formentera is a villa booking agency with a personal touch. We are dedicated to finding charming, quality villas to rent in the stunning Balearic islands of Formentera & Ibiza.
We take the hassle out of renting a holiday villa. Our website & excellent customer service makes finding and booking a villa a simple pleasure.

Villa managers are based on the island and easy to contact should you encounter any problems while at the villa.

Do you have other luxury villas to offer?
Yes. Some of our large exclusive luxury villas are not displayed on our website for privacy reasons so please contact us with your requirements and we will email the brochures to you.
What is ‘Best price guarantee’?
Due to our commission structure with the property owners, we are able to beat the prices provided on all of the usual online accommodation booking platforms. Which leaves more in your pocket to splurge in the islands mojito beach bars.
How do I get to the island?
We have written a guide here on how to get to Formentera.
Will someone meet us on arrival?
Yes. Closer to your arrival, you will be sent all information that you will need including the house managers contact information for any questions before or during your stay.
What time can we check in?
Check-in is usually between 16:00 and 17:00 and check-out between 10:00 and 12:00 depending on each villa and how long they need to carry out a thorough clean between each stay. Please refer to your individual rental agreement for exact times.
Early check-in may be possible depending on the previous booking. It may also be possible to leave your bags at the villa until the changeover is complete and ready for your stay. Simply ask us before your arrival.
How do I make a booking?
1. Search by the number of bedrooms needed or by all villas.
2. Fill out the enquiry form
3. We will email you back with prices & availability for your chosen dates. We will also send you a selection of any other suitable villas that meet your criteria.
4. Confirm back to us that you would like to book.
5. Once we confirm your booking, we will email you a rental agreement & payment details for you to make the deposit of up to 50% to finalise and secure the booking. At this point, the dates will be blocked and the remaining balance will be due up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Can I pay by credit card or bank transfer?
Yes. Most of the owners & agents advertising villas on our website only have the facility for bank transfer however some can accept payment by credit card. Credit card payments will incur a small processing fee. Please refer to your individual rental agreement for more information.
What if I need to cancel?
Please see our terms & conditions for our company cancellation policy, however some agents have their own policies. Please refer to your individual rental agreement for more information.
What is tourist tax?
All visitors to Spain & the Spanish islands are required to pay a tourist tax upon arrival, being € 2.20 per person per day during high season (May to November) and € 0.55 per person per day during low season. This only applies for persons of 16 years and older.
This is an separate charge and is not included in the total villa rental unless specified on the rental agreement.
Can we arrange food & drinks to be at the villa on arrival?
Yes. So you can choose exactly what you would like, we recommend shopping online before your arrival for it to be at the villa when you arrive.

Can I book extra services like flights, car or boat hire through you?
Yes. We have a list of recommended services that you can book direct with.
For other services i.e chef, babysitting, maid service etc, each villa have their own services that will be available for you if you ask us once the villa has been booked. We can arrange these for you.
Can you find us a villa on another Spanish Island?

Private water taxi to Formentera & Ibiza
Why not travel in style from Ibiza port to the port of Formentera and begin your trip with a little luxury.
Or if you need to get to back to Ibiza for a party, shopping or just having dinner, hiring a water taxi can be the quickest and easiest way to get there, at any time of the day or night. We recommend a private fast water taxi. They have two 12 meter RIB speed boats that can carry 11 people each (22 people total) to or from Formentera at any time you wish, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We work with a catering company that organise any chef services that you need at your holiday villa.

Ferry services
Many ferry companies operate a ferry service to Formentera from Ibiza. They leave from Ibiza port every 1-2 hours. It is best to book in advance especially in peak season as these can get fully booked. You can search for the best deal and book instantly from our ferry service page.
