Villas Formentera was established in 2012,
born from our fascination with the island and our longstanding passion for beautiful properties, design and sunshine.
We love the relaxed vibe of Formentera and look forward to returning as often as we can. There is something about the island that makes you feel at home — perhaps it’s the slower pace, the simplicity, or the feeling that life just seems a little better here.
It was this love of Formentera, combined with our passion for property and design, that led us to create Villas Formentera.
Over the years, we’ve searched out villas and homes that we feel capture what makes the islands so special. Our aim is to bring together a carefully selected collection of stylish, unique and charming villas in Formentera and Ibiza — properties that we would genuinely love to stay in ourselves.
We hope that when you find your perfect villa through us, you enjoy the same incredible lifestyle and experience the same sense of paradise that first captivated us, even if it’s only for a week or two each year.
Villas Formentera is an independent villa marketing and booking service specialising in Formentera and Ibiza.
We work with carefully selected villa owners and local agencies to showcase their properties to people looking for a special place to stay on the islands.
When you find a villa you’d like to book, we help with your enquiry and introduce you to the relevant villa owner or agency. Your accommodation contract is then directly with the property owner or appointed agency, who will provide your rental agreement, take payment and look after you in relation to your stay.
This means you have a direct relationship with the people responsible for your villa, while we are here to help you find the right property in the first place.

We don’t want to list every villa on the islands. We choose properties that we feel have something special and fit with our love of Formentera and Ibiza.
