  – Well maintained
  – Comfortable with quality furniture
  – Air-conditioning
  – Wifi
  – Management team or person to greet the guests on arrival
  
• Prices you give us should not be higher than on any other booking platform or agency.
  
• ICal for live availability is advised, or an update of availability by WhatsApp or email.
  
• We will need high resolution photographs, minimum 1920×1080 pixels.
