Casa Lavanda is set up perfectly for indoor/outdoor living. The house is laid out across one floor with an open plan, spacious feel. The lounge has comfy seating, TV, and large sliding doors opening out onto the grand terrace, and flows through to the large open kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and contains a dining table with seating for 6. Through the lounge are the 4 double bedrooms, 3 with luxury ensuites and 1 without bathroom although there is a separate house bathroom. Casa Lavanda has air conditioning in all rooms, wifi internet, burglar alarm, and has a washing machine & dryer.
The large terrace with bbq, table and plenty of seating overlooks the fantastic infinity salt water swimming pool, pretty garden and beyond to La Mola. The garden is stocked with various herbs & cacti, and is bordered by maturing olive trees which provide privacy. The surrounding countryside is peaceful and has many trails for long walks, jogging or cycling, even in peak season.
Cala Saona beach is a 10 minute drive away or a 5 minute cycle ride to the seas edge and a lovely walk along the cliff edges to the beach. The closest shop is at bar es cap 10 minutes drive away and also restaurants. The nearest town is San Francesc, which is not far up the road for all amenities. The lighthouse of Cap barbaria is 3 km away.
