Inside

The house is laid out over 1 floor; the stylish main living area encapsulates the lounge, dining room and kitchen in one large open plan space.   The lounge has a big comfortable sofa, TV and has sliding doors opening out onto the terrace.  The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, while the dining area has a table that seats 8. The 4 double bedrooms are split either side of the house, with 2 having en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a house bathroom.  The house benefits from air conditioning in all rooms, wifi internet, and burglar alarm for security.  There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Outside

The large terrace, which can be accessed through the lounge, has a table seating 8 and overlooks the lovely infinity salt water swimming pool. There are plenty of loungers, an outdoor shower and a bbq, all set within a pretty garden full of plants, herbs & trees. Can Santolina is quite private and peaceful, with many walks close at hand. There is private parking at the villa.

The seas edge is a 5 minute cycle ride away or Cala Saona is a 10 minute drive away.  The closest shop is at bar Es Cap, a 10 minute drive away, as well as restaurants. The nearest town is Sant Francesc, not far up the road for all amenities. The lighthouse at Cap Barbaria is 3 km away.
