Can Pujols is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and furnished in a contemporary style. The house consists of a spacious living room with TV & Wifi, dining room with seating for 8, fully equipped kitchen, sunny terrace, and four double (queen) bedrooms. Three bedrooms have air-conditioning and en-suite bathrooms, all with showers. The forth double bedroom is independant to the house, outside in the garden also with private bathroom, perfect for those wanting their own private space.

Outside

There is a large patio with a dining table for 10, with an oven for the BBQ. The house is surrounded by a small and very neat garden, completely fenced and protected, where you find a large (m5 x m10) swimming pool with its stylish wooden deck, equipped with a lot of lounge chairs.  The superb roof terrace make a lovely setting to have sunset aperitives, looking towards the Ibiza island.

Being located in Es Pujols, this villa is very close to local amenities & family friendly beaches, great for swimming. Plenty of bars/restaurants, just a few steps away from the renowned Restaurant Chezz Gerdi. Walk 400m to the beach or hire a bicycle for short rides to other nearby famous beaches of Illetes, Sa Roqueta.
